Some customers may have experienced issues with loading Productboard data. This occurred initially between ~05:00 and 13:30 UTC on 14th Oct, and reoccurred at ~10:00 UTC on 15th Oct. We identified the issues and mitigated it fully at approximately 15:00 UTC the same day.
